6 . How to make an online credit request?
Click the "CREDIT REQUEST" button on the page of the desired product to make an online purchase on credit, then fill in the necessary personal data in the window that opens, download a passport photo or an ID card photo from the front and back, and click the "APPLY" button.
After receiving your data, our employee will make a request and contact you.

The return or exchange of the purchased product is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by Article 23 of the RA Law “On the protection of rights of consumers”, according to which: "The purchased goods are subject to exchange or return (within 14 days), if the conditions described by law for the exchange of goods are met: mentioned goods have not been used, their marketable appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as the sales or cash register check provided to the consumer with the sold goods are preserved."
Within the framework of the "Easy to choose, easy to exchange" special action in Eldorado, you have 20 days to exchange instead of 14 days prescribed by law.
