Information for the customers
During the promo period the customer, who has made or is going to make a purchase at the Eldorado retail store but has found a lower price for the same product, can get bonuses on his/her card or a discount equal to 110% the difference between Eldorado price and the lower price if the following terms have been kept:
The product at Eldorado and the one at the competitor’s store are identical. The product name, model, completed equipment, color, packaging, and country of origin are completely the same. The product and the packaging are in ideal condition. The products are shown at the store and are available for sale at the time of the request.
The customer can buy only 1 item of the product within 1 day.
In terms of this promo, the competitors are the companies that are registered in the Republic of Armenia with a commercial area of 1,000 square meters or more and have more than 3 retail stores for home appliances and electronics.
The promo is available only at the Eldorado stores in the Republic of Armenia.
In case of the purchasing on credit, both the price and the credit terms are subjects of comparison.
The warrantee terms, available for the comparing products, should also be identical.
The promo is not available if:
There is a promo for this product at the competitor’s store.
The product is offered with gifts at the competitor’s store.
There is an individual discount or a special offer for this product.
The price offered at the competitor’s store is a mistake.
