Product exchange and return
During 20 days after the purchase you can
Exchange the good which has not been used by the promo “Easy to choose and simple to exchange”.
Exchange the good or take the money back if there is a manufacturing defect.
Customer satisfaction is one of our core principles. That is why we offer a longer time for goods exchange and return than it is set by the RA law of “Consumer Rights Protection”.
“Easy to choose and simple to exchange” promo rules
- During the promo dates, every customer who has made a purchase at Eldorado retail store has an opportunity/right to exchange the product in good condition with any other product at the same or higher price within 20 days (the day of shopping is not included) if the following terms have been kept:
- The product has been bought in cash, by bank cards, Bonus cards, gift cards or by combining more than one of the mentioned means.
- The product has not been used. Its marketable condition, consumption characteristics, seal and product label have been kept. The warranty coupon has not been filled in. The product and/or purchasing coupons have been kept. If the warranty coupon has been filled “Easy to choose and simple to exchange” promo is no longer available.
- The product is not included in one of the following groups:
- Personal hygiene (toothpastes, shavers, epilators, comb-driers, curlers, etc.)
- Digital single-lens reflex cameras (DSLR) and replaceable lenses attached to them
- Products with One-time use packaging (in case of their damage)
- Soft, games, films and music (recorded on a disk), household chemistry
- Major home appliances, after the delivery to the indicated address. After the delivery major home appliances can be exchanged only in the case when there is a problem with the product installation, the manufacturing packaging is kept and the customer has transported the product back by himself/herself. Moreover, any damage and/or scape can be a reason for the exchange rejection.
- A costumer can use the “Easy to choose and simple to exchange” promo only once.
- The product which has be bought in credit can be exchanges only with a product from the same group.
- The promo is not available for discounted products.
- The promo can be available only for the individuals.
- “Easy to choose and simple to exchange” promo rules can be changed without informing costumers in advance.
